About this event
Preseason fitness boot camp to prepare for the 2024/25 ski season. Class will include warm-up, mobility, strengthening, and cardiovascular training specific to snow sports. Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:00-7:00 p.m., from Oct 8th to Dec 12th. Location - Pro-PT Fresno North at 1504 E. Champlain Dr, Fresno (Champlain and Shepard). $130 payable to PRO-PT.
