Ski Trips

The Fresno Ski Club has trips planned for Snowmass, CO and Mammoth Mountain Resort, CA for the winter of 2027!

Snowmass
Imagine stepping out your door and gliding straight onto the slopes — that's the Snowmass experience. With 3,362 skiable acres and a jaw-dropping 4,406-foot vertical drop, this is the biggest playgrounds in the Aspen resorts, and it's all yours.

No matter your skill level, Snowmass truly has something for everyone to enjoy. Take advantage of the complementary mountain host tours to get acquainted with this World Class resort.  Intermediate skiers, get ready — you'll find some of the best tree skiing in Colorado, with vast terrain that keeps you exploring run after run. And if you crave adrenaline? The legendary Cirque headwall delivers dramatic, extreme terrain that'll test even the boldest among us.

Getting to the goods is effortless, too. A modern lift system of 16 lifts — including 3 gondolas and 2 high-speed six-packs — means less waiting and more skiing. And with an average of over 300 inches of snowfall per year, the conditions are about as good as it gets.

Need a breather? Head to the Elk Camp area mid-mountain for stunning panoramic views and top-notch facilities. Then, after your last run, the charming Snowmass Village is waiting with legendary après-ski, fantastic dining, and great shopping to cap off the perfect day.

This is the trip you don't want to miss — come join us!

Mammoth

There's a reason Mammoth is widely considered the best resort in California — and once you're there, you'll understand why. With 3,500 skiable acres and snow that just keeps coming, this place delivers the real deal.

Whether you're carving pristine groomers or hunting down off-piste steeps, Mammoth's diverse terrain and modern lift system have something for every skier and rider. But it's not just the skiing that hooks you — it's the scenery. Stunning vistas greet you at nearly every turn, from the beautiful trees and dramatic rock features of the caldera to the breathtaking Minaret Range, a view you'll never get tired of no matter how many runs you take.

And if all of that somehow isn't enough? Take a day trip to nearby June Mountain, where lift lines are practically nonexistent and the views are even more spectacular.

It's no surprise that Mammoth is one of Fresno Ski Club's all-time favorite destinations — this trip fills up fast every year for a reason. Don't miss your chance to see what the hype is all about — sign up and join us!
